Misson - Vision - Values

Wildlife and Birdcare Nature Recovery Project is unique in its approach to providing work opportunities and employment for people with learning disabilities and those with autism and diverse needs.  Working in partnership with other stakeholders we take our passion, love and the critical need to save nature and extend that passion, to people.

We recognise that some people need a nurturing environment in which to excel.  for those who have skills and interest in our range of production areas, will be supported to develop and enhance their work skills ultimately paving the way into supported paid employment.

Our mission is to take on 3 experienced trustees so we can complete our application to go from CIC to CIO with full charity status.  This move will increase and enhance our fundraising opportunities and complete the first stages of our expansion and scale up.

If you have an interest in the world of nature recovery, autism, scaling a business and supporting our special needs and have time on your hands to share your experience and help us grow, then maybe you might like to become a TRUSTEE.

We value that everyone in life should be provided with an opportunity to work if they want to, no matter what their differences or disability might be.  Corporate organisations should meet the needs of those that are different but talented and our vision is to scale up our World of Work - Work Placement Programme as a franchise and our mission is to help improve the current 22% social imblance of people who are different can gain employment.

At the same time continuing our mission to create more sustainable, eco-friendly and nature rich environments and follow the ethos of BNG and leave nature in a better condition that when we first found it. Helping to save the crisis of nature and enhance education within schools on the subjects of biodiversity and ecology.
