Orders under £50.00 are subject to a subsidised £5.95 delivery charge. However, due to the weight of some or our items, such as our giant bug hotels and long shelving, these are exempt of FREE delivery and will need to be delivered on a pallet or using our oversized delivery vehicles.
We do not make any money on delivery charges. We pack and despatch all standard retail orders placed before 2pm the same day, however, most of our items are made to order and therefore a little time might be needed depending on the product that is ordered.
For large items please allow 7-10 days for delivery, if your order is large it's best to call us and find our our production times to make sure we can meet your deadline requirements.
Orders are sent via DPD or PARCEL TO GO where the best delivery choice is available. All large orders are shipped PALLET NETWORK or APC. To ensure prompt first time delivery we are able to leave goods without signature. Our couriers will take a photograph of the item at your door. WBC will not accept any responsibility for any theft of delivered items. You can provide us with specific delivery details and a phone number to call to make sure your delivery arrives on time.
As you can imagine during busy times of the year, our delivery services are put under pressure, especially over the Christmas periods. We will always do our best to assure your parcel is delivered when you need it to be.
We send all items tracked and a tracking number will be emailed to you when your parcel leaves us as long as you have left your mobile number.
