Leo Nesting Box

Leo Nesting Box - made by Wildlife and Birdcare Nature Recovery Project CIC is one of our mini nesting boxes,  it still provides you with our lovely chunky, rustic feel and it's  excellent quality, but these mini boxes are a really good market price.  Great value for money. 

Leo has a lift off lid for ease of cleaning.  We router a hanging hole out the back of the box to help you hang this onto a tree or fence. Leo is designed by ‘Sammy The Autistic Wildlife Nut' Our CEO and Designer. We are based in Staffordshire and provide people with learning disabilities a supported employment placement programme, where young adults from SEN colleges come and help us make our boxes and at the same time we teach them many skills. 

We don't stain our nesting boxes we leave it up to you to decide on your colour or stain, but you can choose one of our own Wildlife and Bird stains and paints, perfectly safe for all wildlife, birds and insects.  This one is made from Larch, homegrown in UK forests, a natural water repellent wood that will weather over time.
